ATLANTA, Georgia (PNN) - December 4, 2020 - After Thursday’s bombshell security footage that showed vote counting observers being sent home, only for vote counters to pull black suitcases full of votes from underneath a table and begin processing them in the early hours in the morning, the Georgia Secretary of State’s office conceded that “ballots were counted unlawfully and in secret”.

David Shafer, Chair of the Georgia Republican Party, posted the security camera video from Thursday’s hearing on his Twitter account and wrote, “Not sure why Twitter has labeled this ‘disputed’. It is video from the surveillance camera at State Farm Arena where Fulton County election workers scanned ballots late into the night after falsely announcing they were shutting down.”

PHOENIX, Arizona (PNN) - November 30, 2020 - Arizona state representative Mark Finchem (District 11) on Monday issued a call to withhold the state’s Electoral College votes for Joe Biden because “he believes there is enough significant evidence of fraud to invalidate the state’s votes.”

President Donald Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani and Trump campaign senior legal advisor Jenna Ellis appeared before Arizona state lawmakers in a public hearing on Monday.

HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania (PNN) - November 28, 2020 - The resolution states that the executive and judicial branches of the Keystone State’s government usurped the legislature’s constitutional power to set the rules of the election.

Republican state lawmakers in Pennsylvania released a memo on November 27, advising that they will soon introduce a resolution to dispute the results of the 2020 election.

The resolution “declares that the selection of presidential electors and other statewide electoral contest results in this commonwealth is in dispute” and “urges the secretary of the commonwealth and the governor to withdraw or vacate the certification of presidential electors and to delay certification of results in other statewide electoral contests voted on at the 2020 general election.”

Says they are unlikely constitutional.

HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania (PNN) - November 28, 2020 - After a Pennsylvania judge blocked the state from taking any further steps to complete the certification of the presidential race on Wednesday, she dropped a detailed opinion on Friday justifying her decision, which concludes that the state’s changes to mail-in balloting procedures were likely illegal.

The order is currently delayed while the state Supreme Court considers the case on an expedited basis, which was filed by a group of Republicans who argued that the state’s changes to mail-in voting, Act 77, violated the commonwealth’s constitution.

MADISON, Wisconsin (PNN) - November 24, 2020 - The national conservative group Amistad Project filed an emergency petition Tuesday with the Wisconsin Supreme Court challenging the state’s unofficial results in the 2020 presidential election, saying it has identified over 150,000 potentially fraudulent ballots.

Results from the November 3 balloting in the state show Democrat candidate Joe Biden defeated President Donald Trump by a roughly 20,000-vote margin.

LANSING, Michigan (PNN) - November 23, 2020 - President Donald Trump’s campaign said it scored two victories Monday in its effort to contest results in several key battleground states, as Michigan state legislators agreed to hold a hearing into election irregularities while a federal appeals court expedited proceedings to consider Trump’s legal challenge in Pennsylvania.

The developments were announced by Trump campaign senior legal counsel Jenna Ellis, who said the GOP-led Michigan House would hold its hearing at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday.

ATLANTA, Georgia (PNN) - November 21, 2020 - Georgia Governor Brian Kemp on Friday pressed the state’s top election official to conduct an audit of signatures on ballot envelopes.

The governor said he would sign off on the certification of the election after a risk-limiting audit, also known as a hand recount, was conducted in Georgia.
