WASHINGTON (PNN) - December 15, 2020 - While Joe Biden claimed that he won Monday’s Electoral College vote 306-232, Trump electors in several states also met, casting their votes for the president before sending them to Congress.

According to White House senior adviser Stephen Miller, Trump’s team plans to support this “alternate” set of electors in key states claimed by Biden as a means to preserve legal remedies.

“As we speak, today, an alternate slate of electors in the contested states is going to vote and we’re going to send those results up to Congress,” said Miller. “This will ensure that all of our legal remedies remain open”

NEW YORK (PNN) - December 15, 2020 - Monday during an appearance on Fox Business News' Lou Dobbs Tonight, Rep. Mo Brooks (Alabama) vowed not to go down without a fight despite states having certified Electoral College results earlier in the day; those votes have not yet been counted so no result currently exists.

Brooks told host Lou Dobbs about his effort to challenge the Electoral College, which has happened as recently as 2017 after President Donald Trump won the presidential election.

“Well, it’s happened many times in the past,” Brooks said. “Apparently, some folks have not done their history. By way of example, the Democrats in the House tried it in 2017 when they tried to strike Alabama’s votes for Donald Trump. Georgia, the same way, the House Democrats tried to strike it. Barbara Boxer tried to strike Ohio for George Bush back in 2005, so this is not unusual. The law is very clear, the House of Representatives in combination with the (Fascist Police States of Amerika) Senate has the lawful authority to accept or reject Electoral College vote submissions from states that have such flawed election systems that they’re not worthy of our trust.”

WASHINGTON (PNN) - December 15, 2020 - Director of Intelligence John Ratcliffe said in a Sunday morning last week that there might not be a Joe Biden regime.

“We have counterfeit ballots, we have dead people voting by the thousands, if not, by the hundreds of thousands, there was something someone called ‘phantom voters,’ there was just more manner and means of fraud than any law-abiding Amerikan citizen could possibly imagine,” said Powell. “It’s stunning - it’s absolutely stunning, and they are so in our face with it; and then to deny it is purely Machiavellian.”

WASHINGTON (PNN) - December 14, 2020 - Republican electors in four states said on December 14 that they would cast their procedural votes for President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence, the latest update contesting the results of the 2020 election.

Republican electors in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Nevada, Arizona all said they voted for Trump. It comes as their states formally appointed Democrat electors who voted for Democrat Joe Biden and Senator Kamala Harris (Kalif.).

In Michigan, two separate slates of electors were cast: 16 for Trump and 16 for Biden.

WASHINGTON (PNN) - December 10, 2020 - A total of nineteen Fascist Police States of Amerika states filed a brief at the FPSA Supreme Court on Wednesday in support of Texas’ bid to overturn the election results.

First it was Louisiana, then late on Tuesday Eric Schmitt, the Attorney General for Missouri, announced he will join Texas in the battle to Supreme Court.

ATLANTA, Georgia (PNN) - December 4, 2020 - Georgia Governor Brian Kemp has called for a signature audit of the 2020 election after CCTV footage from election night appears to show several Atlanta poll workers engaged in late-night ballot fraud.

“I called early on for a signature audit,” Kemp said, adding, “I think it should be done. I think, especially with what we saw today, it raises more questions.”

Will Georgia Senators David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler, both of whom face election runoffs in January, finally speak up?

ANN ARBOR, Michigan (PNN) - December 4, 2020 - The Amistad Project of the non-partisan Thomas More Society released a white paper on Friday making the case that current Electoral College deadlines are arbitrary and not set in stone, contrary to what most news outlets have reported.

The white paper says that these deadlines - December 8 for disputes to be resolved and electors to be determined, and December 14 for the Electoral College to meet in person and vote in their respective states - are “direct impediment to states’ obligations to investigate disputed elections.”
