President Trump started no wars in his first term, and, in 2024, he repeatedly said, “No more wars.” But in his second term, he struck Venezuela and attacked Iran. The Alien Terrorist Removal Court (ATRC), established nearly 30 years ago, has been activated for the first time by the Trump regime to address illegal invasion and national security concerns. This unique court allows for the expedited deportation of noncitizens labeled as alien terrorists using classified evidence, significantly reducing procedural requirements and due process typically involved in legal proceedings.
