WASHINGTON (PNN) - August 5, 2020 - Democrat candidate Joe Biden promised Tuesday to enact stricter gun control measures, citing policies that have already failed.

Biden wrote, “One year ago, just hours after the massacre in El Paso, nine precious lives were cut short in Dayton. In the wake of the tragedies, Donald Trump promised the most modest of gun safety policies, then caved to the NRA and failed to deliver.”

He continued, “As president, I’ll take on the powerful gun lobby to pass universal background checks, ban assault weapons and high-capacity magazines, and close loopholes to keep guns out of dangerous hands. We can and will end our gun violence epidemic.”

WASHINGTON (PNN) - August 2, 2020 - Democrats are contemplating secession and potential civil war as they game out possible scenarios for a closely contested election, according to a report by Ben Smith in a New York Times column Sunday.

The bulk of Smith’s column is devoted to the question of how media will handle Election Night coverage, given that the result may not be known for weeks. Vote-by-mail, which many states have only recently adopted - ostensibly, to prevent the spread of coronavirus in polling places - could lead to an uncertain result.

MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin (PNN) - July 28, 2020 - More than 100 police agencies are withdrawing from agreements to send personnel to bolster security at next month’s Democrat National Convention in Milwaukee, in part because they’re concerned about a recent directive ordering cops in the city to stop using tear gas to control crowds.

A citizen oversight commission last week directed Milwaukee’s police chief to publicly account for why the department used tear gas during protests in late May and early June after the murder of George Floyd in Minneapolis and to change Milwaukee’s police policies to ban the use of tear gas and pepper spray. The Milwaukee Fire and Police Commission said in its order that Police Chief Alfonso Morales could be fired if he fails to comply.

That order came amid intense scrutiny of police tactics at protests in Portland, Oregon and elsewhere.

WASHINGTON (PNN) - July 23, 2020 - The draft 2020 Democrat National Committee platform being circulated in Washington aims to reinforce the view that liberals are best situated to battle for minorities seeking higher wages, better housing and jobs, and more money for schools.

With the August convention coming on the heels of the Black Lives Matter protests, it features support for the movement and an expanded pledge to root out racism.

The preamble says, “We will give hate no safe harbor. We will never amplify or legitimize the voices of bigotry, racism, misogyny, anti-Semitism, Islamophobia, or white supremacy.”

In promising change, it sets up one group that has it too good and is holding minorities back: whites.

I am curious about what is the better of two terrible options this time around. Even though I had a visceral preference for Donald Trump as compared to Hillary Clinton, I think time has proved that Trump's election has proved worse for liberty than hers ever could have been.

That said, I am curious about this election. Strictly speaking, if it comes to just Trump vs Joe Biden, I think a similar recommendation will hold, in that a cronyist like Biden is preferable for taking wind out of the sails of the socialist ascendancy we're seeing, but the problem I'm increasingly imagining is that Biden is just a placeholder for the Vice President he chooses, and she will probably replace him inside of the first term, if not the first year. So what are the preferences when it comes to Trump v Warren, Trump v Harris, Trump v ???

WASHINGTON (PNN) - June 30, 2020 - Former Marine pilot Amy McGrath overcame a bumpier-than-expected Kentucky primary to win the Democrat Fascist Police States of Amerika Senate nomination Tuesday, fending off far-Left upstart Charles Booker to set up a bruising, big-spending showdown with McConnell.

McGrath is a moderate Democrat that has a very real chance to unseat McConnell. Some recent polls show McGrath within the margin of error of McConnell; others show McConnell defeating her in a landslide vote.

Booker, a favorite of socialists Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (N.Y.) and Senator Bernie Sanders (Ver.), would have likely been dispatched much easier in deep red Kentucky.

Voter fraud is apparent.

BERNARDSVILLE, New Jersey (PNN) - June 22, 2020 - A recent report shed light on hundreds, possibly thousands, of Oregon voters mysteriously has their Party affiliation changed, most from Republican to Non Affiliated, without their permission, consent or knowledge, effectively denying them the right to vote in their Party’s primary and disqualifying them from being Precinct Committee Persons.

The ballots were mailed to their home by state officials engaged in voter fraud..
