Sovereignty

Sovereignty

on . Posted in Services

Sovereignty is the principle that says you have the right to live your life as you see fit, so long as you do not infringe on anyone else's right to do the same. Sovereignty is about taking responsibility for yourself rather than entrusting your well being to the State or federal government. We can help you prepare Sovereignty papers to file with your local County Recorder. Call 1-888-385-3733 to make an appointment for a consultation. Our consultation fee is Two Hundred Fifty (250) dollars per hour. These papers are legal documents which reclaim control of your life from the government (which currently owns you through licenses and regulations). This is the principle which our Founding Fathers fought and died to preserve.

Prior to the establishment of the united States of America, ordinary citizens could not own land or hold title to real property. All real property and landed estates were owned by the nobility. Men and women pledged fealty and service to the Lord - the regional nobility - in exchange for food, clothing, weapons and armor (for the men), and perhaps a bit of money with which to carouse in town (also for men).

The men would fight to defend the Lord's land, while the women cooked, kept the castle or estate clean, and served as concubines. This is not sexist; it is historical. In exchange, the Lord would protect his servants. This was the way of things. It was a system that had gone unquestioned for centuries, and nobody expected the system to change... ever.

The Founding Fathers of our Union held firm to the conviction that there is a higher law than the law of the King (or government). They held that certain natural rights belong to each and every man (and woman), rights endowed by his Creator, not by the King or government. This idea was considered to be extreme, and its proponents were thought of as the radical element of their day. The idea that a rag-tag group of the King's subjects had the temerity to think they could govern themselves... well, it was enough to send the monarch to war to establish his sovereignty.

Sovereign means supreme ruler. The Revolutionary War was a struggle to establish precisely who would be the supreme ruler of the lives of the American people - the King or the Creator. Under whose laws would these people live - King George or the Father of the Universe? To whom would these American People owe their allegiance - mother England or God?

Our Founding Fathers were men of means, education, and courage. They stood firmly by their conviction that there are higher laws than the laws of the King. They dedicated themselves to establishing a system of self-governance in which ordinary people (commoners, as they were called in mother England) would determine how they would live, what they would or could own, how to express themselves through religion, and how to raise their own children. They pledged themselves never to abandon the glorious object of their quest - that each American claim his (or her) right to live free from oppressive government in any form. They committed their lives, fortunes, and sacred honor to their cause.

It is because a rag-tag group, a handful of ordinary people with courage born from absolute faith in a higher power, risked everything for freedom and self-rule, that you are reading this message today. It is because a small group of men and women determined that personal freedom and sovereignty was a cause worth dying for, that you even have the chance to live free today. We owe an immeasurable debt to these people, who sacrificed themselves for generations they would never know; people they would never meet.

Now it's your turn. Would you do the same? Would you risk your property, your job, your children's safety, lives, your fortunes, your sacred honor, to protect and defend American liberty? Would you risk these things so that people you will never know might have the chance to grow up in a free country, or at least have the chance of making their country free? What are you willing to do to protect and preserve American liberty?
