AMARILLO, Texas - November 18, 2010 - A woman is suing over an incident where airport staff allegedly pulled down her top and joked about her breasts in public view.
The 23-year-old traveler from Amarillo, Texas, is suing the U.S. government for the emotional distress she says the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) agents caused.

ROSELLE, New Jersey - November 17, 2010 - The city of Roselle, New Jersey has passed a new law criminalizing the act of sleeping in public. Police Chief Paul Morrison insists that he is only going to use it against homeless people but that may be a statement that city lawyers will come to regret in court.

NEW HAVEN, Connecticut (PNN) - November 16, 2010 - A recent case in New Haven, Connecticut, involving a student arrested for videotaping cops shows just how broken is the legal system.
Luis Luna was arrested September 25 for videotaping a group of cops breaking up a fight. He was charged with interfering with police and spent the night in jail.
