SANTA FE, New Mexico - October 1, 2010 - Students in Santa Fe have to wear ID badges to class, complete with a built-in tracking device.

The Smart Badge program started this school year, and is getting mixed reviews from parents and students.

Federal agents are stopping trucks on major interstate!

Mayor arrested on bribery charges!

NOGALES, Arizona - September 28, 2010 - The mayor of Nogales was arrested Tuesday on multiple charges including bribery, theft, fraud and money laundering, Arizona's attorney general said.

Mayor Octavio Garcia Von Borstel, 29, was taken into custody at his office at Nogales City Hall. Search warrants were executed at the mayor's home, business and office.

Charges dismissed against man who taped traffic stop!

BALTIMORE, Maryland - September 27, 2010 - A Harford County Circuit Court judge Monday dismissed wiretapping charges against Anthony Graber, a motorcyclist who was jailed briefly after he taped a Maryland state trooper who stopped him for speeding on I-95. Graber used a camera mounted on his helmet, then posted the video on YouTube.
