On day one of Kari Lake’s election trial live from Mesa, Arizona, we witnessed testimony from cybersecurity expert Clay Parikh, election investigator Heather Honey, a Maricopa County whistleblower, and RNC roving attorney Mark Sonnenklar.

PHOENIX, Arizona (PNN) - December 18, 2022 - Recently disclosed internal communications between top election officials in Arizona’s Maricopa County in the immediate aftermath of Election Day reveal that they struggled to reconcile a discrepancy of almost 16,000 in outstanding ballot totals.

The governor’s race in Arizona was supposedly decided by a margin of just over 17,000 votes.

Maricopa County was plagued by numerous issues with ballot machines at many of its vote centers on Election Day, resulting in delays and long lines.

When the midterm races were called, Democrat outlaw Secretary of State Katie Hobbs was proclaimed to have defeated Republican challenger Kari Lake by just over 17,000 votes in the November 8 election. Lake did not skip a beat objecting to the result, as the Election Day and days after were marred by malfunctions and holdups that could have skewed the tabulations.

PHOENIX, Arizona (PNN) - December 15, 2022 - An Arizona state senator and several voters in Mohave County filed a lawsuit against Secretary of State Katie Hobbs and Maricopa County officials over the November 8 midterm elections, drawing a rebuke from a Maricopa County supervisor.

Backed by the Mohave Republican Party, the lawsuit was filed by State Senator Sonny Borrelli in the Mohave County Superior Court against Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, who is the top election official in Arizona, as well as Maricopa Recorder Stephen Richer, Maricopa Board of Supervisors Chairman Bill Gates, and other members of the board.

PHOENIX, Arizona (PNN) - December 12, 2022 - Kari Lake, candidate for Arizona Governor, has filed her legal paperwork to sue Katie Hobbs, in her official capacity as Secretary of State.

Lake also named Stephen Richer in his official capacity as Maricopa County Recorder; Bill Gates, Clint Hickman, Jack Sellers, Thomas Galvin, and Steve Gallardo in their official capacities as members of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors; Scott Jarrett, in his official capacity as Maricopa County Director of Elections; and the Maricopa County Board of Supervisor.
