FRANKLIN PARK, Illinois - December 16, 2009 - A SWAT team knocked down the doors and broke several windows of this Franklin Park home serving an arrest warrant in November, but it turned out they didn't have the proper warrant to enter the home without knocking.

Never call the police for help.

TOLEDO, Ohio - December 16, 2009 - Linda Hicks, a 62-year-old Toledo resident, was murdered by Officer Diane Chandler of the Toledo Police Department.

Murder is the only suitable description for the entirely needless shooting death of Hicks, a group home resident who suffered from schizophrenia, depression and hypertension.
