Blue Cross seeks to declare health care bill unconstitutional!
WASHINGTON (PNN) - December 7, 2009 - While the battle for health care reform rages on in the Senate, the powerful insurance consortium Blue Cross Blue Shield has embarked on a creative legal method of stopping this socialist program that if allowed to proceed will destroy every citizen’s right to health care freedom.
Blue Cross is working with American Legislative Exchange Council to use the issue of states' rights as a basis for declaring the proposed health care reform legislation unconstitutional.
For months, ALEC has worked to spread the word that all the proposals put forth by illegitimate President Obama and Democrats - including industry regulations and a public option - violate states' rights. The group wrote a resolution declaring as much this summer.
