Beijing to require residents to pass facial recognition test to surf the Internet!

BEIJING, China (PNN) - October 2, 2019 - The Chinese regime announced a new rule that requires residents to pass a facial recognition test in order to apply for an Internet connection via smart phone or computer.

The rule will be implemented on December 1, 2019. In addition, no cell phone or landline number can be transferred to another person privately.
