Utah man cited for paying disputed bill with pennies!
VERNAL, Utah - June 9, 2011 - A Utah man has been charged with disorderly conduct for paying a doctor's bill in pennies, the Deseret News reported Friday.
Police said 38-year-old Jason West went to a clinic in Vernal, Utah, on May 27 to dispute an outstanding bill for $25.
