GRAND RAPIDS, Michigan (PNN) - June 17, 2015 - In a stunning violation of Second Amendment rights, the Fascist Police States of Amerika District Court of Western Michigan ruled terrorist pig thug cops have the legal authority to detain individuals that choose to exercise their constitutional right to open carry a firearm.
