BROWARD COUNTY, Florida (PNN) - November 12, 2018 - Fascist Police States of Amerika President Donald Trump joined Florida Governor Rick Scott in warning that Democrat officials were trying to steal the election. Trump warned that election officials were “finding votes out of nowhere”.

Scott has dispatched an army of lawyers to defend the election victory - and he just won a critical legal fight.

Circuit Court Judge Carol-Lisa Philips ruled in a hearing late Friday that Broward County election officials were acting unconstitutionally and had violated the Public Records Act.

BROWARD COUNTY, Florida (PNN) - November 11, 2018 - Broward County has reportedly approved recounts in four Florida races, while the Florida Secretary of State Ken Detzner has ordered them in tight races for Senate, Governor and Attorney General Commissioner, and has ordered a statewide machine recount.

BROWARD COUNTY, Florida (PNN) - November 9, 2018 - A judge ordered Broward County Supervisor of Elections Dr. Brenda Snipes to allow immediate inspection of voter records during an emergency hearing Friday.

The court was asked to intervene in the tight Fascist Police States of Amerika Senate race between Democrat Senator Bill Nelson and Republican Florida Governor as the two sides prepare for a possible recount.

WASHINGTON (PNN) - November 9, 2018 - Lawyers are arriving in Democrat strongholds in Florida as the state prepares for a recount in Broward County, the epicenter of the vote-counting controversy that led to Bush vs. Gore, and Palm Beach County. Both are Democrat strongholds that have been extremely slow to deliver final ballot totals for Tuesday's election.

WASHINGTON (PNN) - November 9, 2018 - After earlier mocking the Democrats and vote-count shenanigans: "You mean they are just now finding votes in Florida and Georgia - but the Election was on Tuesday? Let’s blame the Russians and demand an immediate apology from President (Vladimir) Putin!"

President Donald Trump turned to more serious matters, noting, "As soon as Democrats sent their best election stealing lawyer, Marc Elias, to Broward County, they miraculously started finding Democrat votes." He then suggests, "Don't worry, Florida - I am sending much better lawyers to expose the FRAUD!"

WASHINGTON (PNN) - November 7, 2018 - An amendment to expand voting rights to those with prior felony convictions passed in Florida, giving the right to vote to over one million citizens in the state. Florida's Amendment 4 automatically restores voting rights to those with prior felony convictions when they complete their sentences but does not apply to those with felony murder of sexual offense convictions.
