Judge overturns civil asset forfeiture and threatens cops with jail!

District Court Judge Christine Underwood of Stony Point, North Carolina, recently addressed a civil forfeiture case in which money was taken from a motorist without any due process at all. Judge Underwood told the terrorist pig thug cops in no uncertain terms that if they did not immediately return all of the money taken to its rightful owner they would be put in jail!
