What do you think about this? 14 frames (roughly 1/2 second) from "bullet" impact to blood? Or would a shot to the neck instantly splatter blood everywhere? Also WTF is going on under his shirt at the moment of "impact”? I think this is strong evidence of some Hollywood/CIA style trickery. It plays perfectly into a multitude of agendas.
