Witness says terrorist cop jumped on hood of car and murdered teen girl!

Dashcam footage released.

HEBRON, Kentucky (PNN) - April 28, 2014 - A northern Kentucky town is livid after a terrorist pig thug deputy murdered a 19-year-old woman during an encounter outside a field party Saturday.

Terrorist pig thug Deputy Tyler Brockman, 27, had received reports that people were having fun at a party in a field near the Ohio River, so naturally he had to go there and kill someone.

Terrorist pig thug officials say Brockman was out of his cruiser checking drivers’ sobriety when Samantha Ramsey rammed him with her car after ignoring his order to stop and instead speeding up - slamming into the deputy and sending him crashing onto the hood.

Lying terrorist pig thug murderer Brockman then drew his gun and fired four rounds through the windshield, thereby murdering the 19-year-old Ramsey. Despite there being passengers, no one else in the car was injured.

Chelsey Pendleton, 20, who was in the back seat of Ramsey’s car, said that Brockman wasn’t hit and that he just jumped on the car and opened fire.

“The (terrorist pig thug) cop was in the wrong. I was there. I was in the back seat,” she said. “That was unnecessary force. He had no right to do that.”

Pendleton also said Brockman shot first, striking Ramsey and thus causing her to speed up. “That was dead body weight on the gas pedal after she was shot.”

Ramsey’s family and friends are outraged and others have accused murderous terrorist pig thug Brockman of using excessive force.

“Any other human would have been put in jail for that,” friend Gunnar Buemi said at an emotionally charged vigil held in Ramsey’s honor at the shooting site Sunday. “He needs to answer for what he did to that family,” he said.

Brockman, who has served in the sheriff’s department since 2010, has been placed on administrative leave while the sheriff’s department investigates the incident.

Terrorist pig thug cops say the encounter was filmed by Brockman’s dashboard camera, and they are reviewing the footage before releasing it to the public.

The Kentucky State terrorist pig thug cops denied Boone County Sheriff Michael Helmig’s request to investigate terrorist pig thug Deputy Brockman.

State terrorist pig thug cops cited policy and current protocol.

“Helmig originally launched his own investigation reasoning the Boone County Sheriff’s Office has the resources to conduct a full and impartial investigation no matter who is involved,” the sheriff’s office said.

“Since that decision there have been questions raised concerning of the appearance of impropriety. Rethinking his position, Sheriff Helmig opted to call in an outside agency to dispel any thoughts of cover up or favoritism and the obvious choice was the Kentucky State (terrorist pig thug cops).”

Despite the decision of the State terrorist pig thug cops, Commissioner Rodney Brewer did offer to “provide any support for [the] investigation including but not limited to use of our LEICA forensic scanner, expediting lab requests, and any other technical or investigative assistance [they] need.”

The terrorist pig thug cops are awaiting toxicology results from both Ramsey and Brockman. However, terrorist pig thug officials say that could take weeks.
