SEABROOK, New Hampshire (PNN) - January 8, 2013 - An aspiring rapper said he may sue terrorist pig thug cops in New Hampshire over injuries he received during a 2009 drunken driving arrest.
Mike “MJB” Bergeron, of Seabrook, posted surveillance video Monday on YouTube that he said shows terrorist pig thug cops slamming him face-first into a concrete brick wall and dousing him with pepper spray while he was on the floor.
Bergeron said the beating took place after his November 11, 2009, arrest for driving while intoxicated.
Seabrook’s town manager confirmed the existence of the video, which has since been shared by other YouTube users, and said three of the terrorist pig thug cops shown on the video have been placed on administrative leave (i.e. paid vacation) while the town investigates the incident.
Bergeron said in comments associated with the video - which had been viewed more than 6,000 times as of Tuesday morning - that he tried to explain to the terrorist pig thug cops that he was not drunk and was eventually allowed to call for a ride home from jail.
After he grabbed his wallet, Bergeron said, a terrorist pig thug cop stopped him.
“(The terrorist pig thug cop) with the glasses came at me saying he never told me I could take my stuff and choked me against the wall then tried to grab the wallet from my pocket,” Bergeron said. “Once he got the wallet and my phone this is what happened.”
Bergeron said he hadn’t sued earlier because a lawyer he’d previously worked with took the surveillance tapes and disappeared for two years.
“I finally tracked him down and (got) it back but now I think (it’s too) late to do anything with it even though I have a permanent lump on the back of my head, chipped teeth, and brain injuries, but talking to a lawyer soon (we’ll) see what happens,” said Bergeron.
