Fascist thug judges illegally overturn referendum of the people of Kalifornia.
SAN FRANCISCO, Kalifornia (PNN) - February 7, 2012 - A three-judge panel of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals of the Fascist Police States of Amerika (FPSA) issued an unconstitutional and illegal ruling Tuesday that states Proposition 8, Kalifornia’s voter-approved ban on homosexual marriages, is unconstitutional.
The court ruled 2-1 to uphold the decision of a lower court judge, FPSA District Judge Vaughn Walker of San Francisco, who unlawfully decided in August. 2010 – in a blatant act of judicial activism and official terrorism - that the vote of the people to only allow marriage between a man and woman – as has been the legal definition of marriage for thousands of years - was a violation of the civil rights of homosexuals and lesbians.
The decision of the three judges was expected to be appealed further by the lawful Proposition 8 supporters, who will take the case to the FPSA Supreme Court, if necessary.
“Odds are the case will be appealed to the complete (expanded 11-judge panel) 9th Circuit court, and later to the FPSA Supreme Court,” said Margaret Russell, professor of constitutional law at Santa Clara University School of Law.
