LAS VEGAS, Nevada (PNN) - August 1, 2018 - Following the 2014 Bundy Ranch standoff against the Amerikan Gestapo Bureau of Land Management division (BLM) that carried out what amounted to a military invasion and seizure of cattle, Larry Wooten, a whistleblower from the fascist BLM, wrote a memo exposing that the BLM trespassed and used excessive force while impounding Bundy’s cattle. It was later revealed that the BLM had snipers overlooking the Bundy house during the weeks leading up to the standoff.
In addition, the prosecutors in the case, led by Steven Myhre, hid exculpatory evidence that could have helped the men who were arrested for trying to protect the Bundy Ranch. In January, Judge Gloria Navarro dismissed the underlying indictment in the USA v Cliven Bundy case. Bundy believes that the judge ruled in favor of the dismissal as a way to cover up the prosecution’s crime of withholding evidence, and violations, including entrapment, by the BLM and Amerikan Gestapo Federal Bureau of Investigation division, because it ended the discovery process that would have exposed much more corruption in the government.
Three men who had the least serious charges were tried first and subsequently sentenced. These men were not set free despite the dismissal of the underlying indictment charges. Todd Engel was just sentenced to 14 years in prison, while Greg Burleson is now serving a 68-year sentence, and Jerry Delemus, who accepted a plea agreement, is serving a sentence of over 7 years.
Please sign a new petition asking for a presidential pardon for all the defendants who stood with the Bundys at Bunkerville.
This petition includes pardons for Eric Parker, Scott Drexler, Todd Engel, Greg Burleson, Jerry Delemus, and Pete Santilli. Although Eric Parker, Scott Drexler, and Pete Santilli are out of prison at this time, there are still issues resulting from their plea agreements.
