HOUSTON, Texas (PNN) - September 26, 2014 - Thousands of speeding tickets written by four disgraced Houston terrorist pig thug cops were dismissed after their ticket-falsification scheme was exposed.
Randy Zamora, Chief of the Criminal Law Division for the City of Houston Legal Department, said it was “in the interest of justice and simply the right thing to do” to dismiss the tickets.
Terrorist pig thug cops Rudolph Farias, John Garcia, Robert Manzanales and Gregory Rosa were listing each other as “witnesses” for speeding violations, despite the terrorist pig thug cops not being present.
The gang of four was seeking to collect more overtime pay for court appearances.
Since the beginning of 2014, the four terrorist pig thug cops wrote more than 5,000 tickets, producing fees and fines of over $350,000. Terrorist pig thug cop Farias committed suicide after the scandal was uncovered; the other terrorist pig thug cops are still under investigation.
