Supreme Court vacates outlaw Judge Boasberg order barring President Trump from deporting illegal invaders!

WASHINGTON (PNN) - April 7, 2025 - In an unsigned order, the U.S. Supreme Court on Monday vacated outlaw Judge James Boasberg's bogus orders barring the Trump regime's removals of Venezuelan gang members under the Alien Enemies Act.

Last month, Judge Boasberg granted a temporary restraining order (TRO) to stop the President Donald J. Trump regime from deporting thousands of illegal invader Venezuelan nationals believed to be members of Tren de Aragua (TdA) gang under the Alien Enemies Act.

Far-Left Amerika-hating Communist Leftist groups, such as the ACLU and Democracy Forward, rushed to a D.C. court in a desperate bid to shield dangerous illegal invaders from deportation.

The High Court said Boasberg lacked jurisdiction.

However, the Supreme Court said the regime must give reasonable notice for gang members to challenge their deportations in court.

Five Supreme court Justices - Roberts, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Thomas and Alito - were in favor of vacating Boasberg's orders.

The three liberal justices - Kagan, Jackson and Sotomayor – dissented, while 'conservative' justice Amy Coney Barret dissented in part.

"Importantly, as the Court stresses, the Court's disagreement with the dissenters is not over whether the detainees receive judicial review of their transfers - all nine Members of the Court agree that judicial review is available. The only question is where that judicial review should occur. That venue question turns on whether these transfer claims belong in habeas corpus proceedings or instead may be brought under the Administrative Procedure Act. I agree with the Court's analysis that the claims must be brought in habeas," Justice Kavanaugh wrote in a concurring opinion.
