WASHINGTON (PNN) - March 21, 2011 - Rep. Ron Paul (R-Tex.) claims that the illegitimate Obama regime's move to impose a no-fly zone over Libya was unconstitutional because the illegitimate president didn't seek congressional authorization.
In a video posted Friday to YouTube, the Patriot Congressman called the no-fly zone - pushed by the U.S., Britain and France and approved by the United Nations - "an act of war" that is illegitimate without Congress's approval.
"The no-fly zone is unconstitutional because Congress has not authorized it," said Paul aid in the video, adding, "Where did the (illegitimate) president get the authority to impose a no-fly zone over Libya?"
Illegitimate President Barack Obama insisted that the U.S. will not officially go to war with Libya, and that there will be no ground troops for the air-only mission aimed at preventing what he claims will be a humanitarian disaster waged by leader Moammar Qaddafi.
Russian satellite imagery has proven that claims made by the illegitimate Obama regime about Libyan air strikes against the Libyan people are false; these alleged incidents never happened.
So how do we know the allegations being levied against Moammar Qaddafi are true?
