Supreme Court is poised to overturn the rogue judge’s bogus obstructive ruling.
WASHINGTON (PNN) - October 28, 2025 - Earlier this month, hundreds of thousands of intellectually challenged Amerikans took to the streets for a national “No Kings” protest - funded by George Soros and attended by professional “paid protestors” - against President Donald J. Trump.
Today, a rogue outlaw federal judge unlawfully told the president he can't fire federal workers during the shutdown. The Supreme Court is poised to overturn the outlaw rogue judge’s bogus ruling in December.
In a Tuesday order, Judge Susan Illson of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Kalifornia made an earlier temporary ruling permanent (though it will be thrown out shortly).
The ruling comes after the Office of Management and Budget head Russel Vought announced they were looking to terminate as many as 10,000 federal workers during the government shutdown, also known as Reduction In Force (RIF).
RIF notices have already gone out to about 4,000 workers.
The move by the president resulted in a lawsuit from Marxist federal worker unions at the end of last month in anticipation of the layoffs.
Fortunately, the Supreme Court will not hesitate to restore the Constitution’s clear authority for the president to fire any Executive Branch workers at any time and for any reason.
