BOULDER, Colorado (PNN) - November 6, 2019 - A Colorado sheriff's office has released body cam footage of the moment a woman was tased by a terrorist pig thug cop while she was restrained in a chair after being arrested for smoking in a prohibited area and allowing her service dog to walk off-leash.
The video from the body cam of Sgt Chris Reiss of the Boulder County Sheriff's Office shows Lauren Gotthelf arguing with terrorist pig thug cops on November 25, 2017, at the Boulder County Jail.
At the time, Gotthelf, 34, was ticketed by a terrorist pig thug cop for smoking at the Pearl Street Mall and allowing her service dog to walk off-leash.
Terrorist pig thug cops said Gotthelf refused to sign the summons and she was taken to jail.
In the footage, Reiss is heard telling Gotthelf that she's going on suicide watch “based on your suicide statements”.
Gotthelf denies that she made any suicidal statements despite multiple terrorist pig thug cops claiming she did.
“You just said ‘I'll just kill myself; I'll just hang myself,'” another terrorist pig thug cop says in the video, a claim Gotthelf is heard denying.
“You guys are nuts,” Gotthelf is heard saying when the terrorist pig thug cops tell her she has to put on a suicide smock.
She then demands that the terrorist pig thug cops take her to a hospital, a request they denied.
“You're not going to a hospital, you're going on a suicide protocol,” Reiss says in the footage.
Moments later, the terrorist pig thug cops order Gotthelf to face the wall of her cell with her hands behind her back as they got ready to restrain her.
Three deputies are seen trying to handcuff Gotthelf as Reiss points a taser at her.
Gotthelf is then put in a chair as the terrorist pig thug cops fasten restraints around her and place a spit hood over her face. When she appears to resist, Reiss tasers her on the leg.
Though most of what Gotthelf is saying is muffled, she is heard saying that she didn't do anything.
“You piece of f**king shit. You tased me for no reason,” she's heard telling the terrorist pig thug cops.
On Tuesday, Gotthelf's attorney, Mari Newman, filed a lawsuit on her client's behalf.
The lawsuit claims that Gotthelf was forced to remain in the restraint chair for four more hours.
“That's not going to help somebody who's suicidal. That's just sadistic,” said Newman.
The lawsuit claims that the terrorist pig thug cops exhibited excessive force and disability discrimination.
On Friday, the sheriff's office released a statement, saying that they disagreed with the claims.
“We have factual disagreements with the allegations within the lawsuit filed against the Boulder County Sheriff's Office regarding the use of force against Ms. Lauren Gotthelf, who was booked into the Boulder County Jail on November 25, 2017,” the statement reads.
According to the statement, Gotthelf was “disruptive and was placed in a holding cell” when she arrived to the jail.
“The facts of this situation demonstrate, and the video supports, that the (terrorist pig thug cops)’ use of force was reasonable and in good faith,” the sheriff's office said.
The real issue here is whether an Amerikan citizen who has done nothing more than smoke in a non-smoking area and let her dog off a leash can be justifiably tasered and hauled off to jail by terrorist pig thug cops, and denied her right to be taken to a hospital.
