Another terrorist fascist pig thug cop gets away with assault and battery; this time on a little child.
MILLEDGEVILLE, Georgia (PNN) - April 17, 2012 - A local cop department in Milledgeville, Georgia is standing behind a pig thug cop’s decision to arrest a kindergarten student in her school after she had a temper tantrum in class.Acting pig thug cop chief Dray Swicord said he continues supporting one of his pig thug cops’ judgment to arrest 6-year-old Salecia Johnson after she threw a tantrum at Creekside Elementary School Friday.
“Our policy states that any detainee transported to our station in a patrol vehicle is to be handcuffed in the back,” Swicord. “There is no age discrimination on that rule.”
According to the fascist pig thug cop report, Johnson tore items off the wall, threw furniture, and knocked down a shelf that injured the school’s principal (in reality, there was no injury but it supports fascist propaganda to say the principal was injured). Moronic pig thug cops said since they could reach Johnson’s parents that the girl had to be arrested.
“She called the (pig thug cops) on me for no reason,” the kindergartner said about her principal. “(The handcuffs were) hurting my arm,” added Johnson.
Johnson’s mother, Constance Ruff, was obviously stunned by her daughter’s arrest.
“I was terrified, I was shocked,” said Ruff. “I have never heard of a six-year-old being arrested and put in handcuffs just because of misbehaving at school.”
Ruff said her daughter is suspended and cannot return to school until August.
Swicord said that the outlaw bastard pig thug cop would not face any investigation for arresting Johnson. The fascist department charged Johnson with simple assault and damage to property, although she will not have to go to court because of her age.
Parents are warned that leaving your children in fascist terrorist public schools is tantamount to child abuse. Take your children out of public school immediately, or the terrorist fascist pigs occupying your government will destroy their lives.
