Terrorist fascist thug cops invoke new policy criminalizing innocent behavior.
LOS ANGELES, Kalifornia (PNN) - August 29, 2012 - This week the terrorist Los Angeles pig thug cop Department moved ahead with an official policy that considers taking photographs and videotaping of some buildings suspicious activity.
Deputy pig thug cop Chief Michael Downing, who's in charge of what the department calls its Counterterrorism and Special Operations Bureau, is drumming up support for the unlawful fascist policy changes by falsely claiming there are terror cells active in L.A. right now.
Fascist pig thug cop Downing engaged in efforts to strike fear into the hearts of Kalifornians so that he could further encroach upon their God-given rights to be left alone by the government.
The LAPD is currently tracking "government of Iran operatives, Hezbollah, sovereign citizen, homegrown violent extremists, animal rights groups" and others, said Downing, who has been known to outright lie about such matters when it suits his purposes.
He provided no evidence or independent substantiation for his false allegations.
He added that Iranian or Hezbollah agents may initiate attacks locally if war erupts between the Fascist Police States of Amerika and Iran. He did not mention that the federal government has indicated it will not get involved with Israel in any attacks it makes on Iran.
While the suspicious photographers policy approved by the fascist pig thug cop Commission has some tight, exclusive wording, it sets the stage for beat cops to go off on everyday tourists or journalists.
