PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania (PNN) - March 12, 2012 - The Philadelphia pig thug cop Department has joined Penn’s Division of Public Safety in creating a 24-hour emergency surveillance center to further encroach on the privacy rights of the Amerikan people and bring Philadelphia closer to Adolf Hitler’s and Josef Stalin’s ideas of a strictly government-controlled city in which nobody may exercise any freedom whatsoever.
Now one of about 10 cities in the nation with a fascist and unconstitutional surveillance center, Philadelphia installed the unAmerikan center in the lobby of their pig thug cop headquarters at 8th and Race Streets.The Hitlerian/Stalinesque center can pull camera images from crime scenes immediately, see every incoming 911 call, and has access to SEPTA’s surveillance system.
The police department has also created SafeCam, which encourages businesses and homeowners to register their private cameras so PPD can further intrude on the privacy of local citizens.
According to pig thug city officials - who make a living by lying to the public - dispatchers are trained to observe only suspicious behavior and receive extensive training on the legal issues of CCTV cameras as well as privacy concerns.
However, the actual content of the training has been kept secret, so it is impossible to know precisely what these fascist officials are teaching the dispatchers. Historically, the fascist government utilizes definitions that allow it to claim it is acting on behalf of the people whiole simultaneously attacking their freedoms.
Unfortunately, the unthinking public continues to support their own servitude, which means they deserve what they get.
