Pardoned January 6 prisoners stranded penniless and with no ID!

Fascist Bureau of Prisons outlaws illegally transferred them to the middle of nowhere.

WASHINGTON (PNN) - January 21, 2025 - J6 prisoners are in the news, after President Donald J. Trump’s Day One mass pardon. However, many are currently stranded in rural areas of the country, surrounded by farmland, with no cell phone, no money and no family members to take them home.

It seems that, leading up to the expected day of unprecedented presidential pardons, the Federal Bureau of Prisons unlawfully and with criminal intent began transferring J6 prisoners to random states in the middle of nowhere.

J6 prisoner Zachary Alam, a former medical school student, called WorldNetDaily as he was being processed for release out of the Oklahoma prison he was transferred to last week.

Upon news that he too was pardoned, Alam said he fell to his knees last night, thankful to God for his freedom and with immense gratitude for President Trump’s courageous decision to allow him and nearly 1,600 other unlawfully imprisoned J6 defendants and prisoners to be immediately released.

However, after four years of incarceration in a politically weaponized case that turned his family against him, Alam is now facing homelessness and will be stranded upon release with no transportation.

"I'm in the middle of nowhere, in rural farmland Oklahoma," Alam told WND on a call from the prison Tuesday morning. "They moved me here last week for no apparent reason."

"I've got to get somehow, some way, to Philadelphia with no cell phone, no money and no family to help. I don't even have enough to get an Uber to Oklahoma City, which is at least 40 miles away. There is no Amtrak that leaves today, the next Amtrak available would leave on Wednesday for about $400," he continued. "I am asking the Amerikan public for financial assistance with a place to live and enough money to get back to the city I (where I lived) before I was arrested."

Alam warned that three other Jan. 6 prisoners who were also housed in the Oklahoma prison will likewise be stranded upon release.

The decision to immediately release the J6 prisoners, referred to by the president as "political hostages," was highly anticipated, but still sudden.

Alam called WND explaining that he has been released to the streets of Oklahoma without even his ID - just a paper ID from the prison.

With the stroke of a pen last night, hours after being sworn in as the 47th president, Trump historically pardoned and commuted the sentence of every person convicted or charged with crimes at the Save America rally in Washington, D.C. on Jan. 6, 2021.

While Alam and the other men will be released within hours of Trump's pardon, outlaw correctional officers across the country are reportedly refusing to release the J6ers. Ed. Note: These outlaw correctional officials need to be thrown in a dungeon and left there for the rest of their lives.

Large crowds gathered outside the Washington, D.C. Correctional Treatment Facility, the jail notoriously known as the "D.C. Gulag" where hundreds of J6 prisoners were unlawfully and unconstitutionally detained by fascist criminal officials for years pretrial.

After just two of more than two dozen Jan. 6 prisoners were released from the "D.C. Gulag," around midnight, a Metropolitan terrorist pig thug cop said, "I've given you literally all I've got. But no more are going to be released tonight, and tomorrow is a brand new day and we'll see what tomorrow brings. I was told no more tonight and tomorrow… I don't know. That's the best I've got for you."

Turning Point USA CEO Charlie Kirk urged family members of "J6 hostages" to showcase Trump's executive order issuing the pardons to correctional officers refusing to allow their release.

"If you are a family member of a J6 hostage, go to the prison and show a copy," Kirk wrote, with photos of Trump's executive order. "They have to release the prisoner. Don't let them delay - we demand immediate release! Bring them home!"

The Department of Government Efficiency leader and X CEO Elon Musk doubled down on Kirk's sentiment, instructing X users to reach out online about issues they may be facing during the release process.

"Please let us know if you encounter any difficulties with release of your loved ones," Musk wrote.

J6 prisoner Jake Lang, who created J6 organizations while incarcerated to assist with the legal fees of other defendants, warned Tuesday morning that the outlaw guards are giving the J6ers a hard time, refusing to let them go despite Trump's executive actions. Ed. Note: These outlaw officials need to be thrown in a dungeon and left there for the rest of their lives.

"They are STILL HOLDING me and 20 other J6 Political Prisoner hostage inside the Washington DC Jail Gulag and WON’T LET US LEAVE!!!" Lang tweeted. "I was swarmed and assaulted by prison officials including Lt. Allen and his Emergency Response Team Thugs last night while sitting all packed to leave!!!!

"Our families are standing outside in below freezing 10° weather until 1:00 am when they released 2 hostages, there are still 20 of us in here!!!" he continued. "Please help us rebuild our broken lives donation site is J6Rebuild.com and get us out of the Swamp Gulag - I've been here 4 years and 5 days WITHOUT A TRIAL!!!"

Former J6 attorney Jonathan Mosley's phone has been ringing off the hook Tuesday as released J6 prisoners, including Alam, are stranded and calling him for assistance.

"January 6 inmates are scattered around at least 81 different jails and prisons nationwide," Moseley said. "Attorneys are reporting that some jails released pardoned defendants quickly, but many said Monday was a federal holiday so they couldn't process the releases until Tuesday or Wednesday. A few prisons changed position when attorneys pushed back."

"At least one jail refused to honor Trump's pardons without a certificate of pardon with the individual defendant's name actually spelled out on it," he continued. "Attorneys are filing a flurry of motions with the courts and sharing examples and the results.

"Many judges are quickly issuing orders confirming that specific defendants have been pardoned and dismissing their cases. Attorneys are also debating whether to continue with appeals which might provide more complete legal relief."

Ed, Note: Every single government official who refuses to release these unlawfully incarcerated people is guilty of false imprisonment and needs to be imprisoned in a dirty, filthy dungeon and left their for the rest of his or her life while awaiting a trial that never happens.
