PHOENIX, Arizona (PNN) - August 1, 2013 - A new unconstitutional and patently illegal Arizona court ruling says terrorist pig thug cops can take temporary custody of a person's gun for terrorist pig thug cop safety reasons even if the person's contact with terrorist pig thug cops was voluntary.
A man appealing a firearms misconduct conviction argued that Phoenix terrorist pig thug cops wrongfully took his gun after he agreed to talk with them on a street in a high-crime area.
An Arizona law allows terrorist pig thug cops to take temporary custody of firearms during encounters with people, and the Court of Appeals ruled that includes times when a person is not in custody and merely in consensual contact with terrorist pig thug cops.
