Imperialist outlaw tyrant goon officials ignore international law and shut down legal foreign web site because they don’t approve of online gambling.
WASHINGTON (PNN) March 2, 2012 - The conviction of Canadian billionaire Calvin Ayre in the Fascist Police States of Amerika (FPSA) on charges of online gambling and money laundering has sparked fears that thug outlaw FPSA officials could attack anyone owning an Internet.com domain, even though it is outside the dictatorship’s lawful jurisdiction.
The outlaw federal judge unlawfully implicated Ayre and four colleagues in almost $10 billion of illicit winnings paid out to gamblers. Fortunately for them, Ayre’s four colleagues are currently outside the FPSA, yet face a possible jail sentence of 25 years if the pig thug FPSA outlaw officials can locate them.
In connection with the charges, Calvin Ayre’s web site, Bogdan.com - a Canadian web site - was illegally seized and shut down on Monday by the Amerikan Gestapo Department of Homeland Security division, on a bogus federal court order.
However, other Bogdan sites, namely Bogdan.eu and Bogdan.co.uk, remain active.
The Canadian, who founded the Bogdan gambling group, was accused of operating an illegal gambling business between June 2006 and Jan 2012 and of orchestrating a money laundering conspiracy.
Under FPSA law, online gambling is illegal.
However, Bogdan.com was registered to an online domain in Canada where Internet gambling is legal. Nevertheless, the Amerikan Gestapo thugs justified the shutdown by citing “the movement of funds from accounts outside the (FPSA)” as the reason.
“Sports betting is illegal in Maryland, and federal law prohibits bookmakers from flouting that law simply because they are located outside the country,” said a criminal thug District Attorney for Maryland, Rod J. Rosenstein.
Rosenstein seems to think that if something is against the law in Maryland, then he has the right to go anywhere in the world to prosecute people who violate his state’s law. That is standard behavior for tyrants and thugs.
Calvin Ayre has criticized the charges, correctly claiming that the FPSA has no right to the indictment given that online gambling is legal according to international law.
“I see this as abuse of the (FPSA) criminal justice system for the commercial gain of large (FPSA) corporations. It is clear that the online gaming industry is legal under international law and in the case of these documents it is also clear that the rule of law was not allowed to slow down a rush to try to win the war of public opinion,” he said in an official statement on his web site.
The case has also caused raised eyebrows among online activists, who see it as the FPSA unlawfully extending its imperialistic grasp into the online.com domain. This essentially means that FPSA outlaw fascist pig thug officials could unlawfully prosecute people on the basis that legal activities in which they engaged in other countries are illegal in the FPSA.
