AUSTIN, Texas (PNN) - May 8, 2012 - Early one Saturday morning, 70-year old retired Air Force reservist and former state employee Joe Del Rio was awakened by a knock on his front door. It was the city of Austin’s local code enforcement team. One of the agents said that he needed to speak with him right away.
After getting dressed, Del Rio opened his front door. He was immediately attacked and assaulted by the pig thug cops on the Austin Police Department’s SWAT team, and then detained and interrogated by fascist thug agents for over 10 hours.
It seems that Del Rio had an underground bunker, and apparently in Austin, Texas, that enough to have the SWAT team storm your home and hold you at gunpoint.
The bunker in question was previously built as a bomb shelter during the cold war. Del Rio had recently renovated part of the old fallout shelter and had been using it as a makeshift workshop.
After being detained at gunpoint, Del Rio’s problems were far from over. First, outlaw pig thug city officials fenced off his home and illegally prohibited him from entering his own residence. They then brought in contractors and completely filled in his entire basement and bunker with 264 tons of concrete, destroying his private property just like the pig thug fascist bastards they are.
To add insult to injury, the city has the audacity to send Del Rio a bill for $90,000 in repairs, which these fascist pig thugs claim were critical in order to make his home safe. Shortly afterward, the city seized his property without a penny of compensation.
Del Rio is now in the process of trying to sue the fascist bastard officials and city for an unconstitutional seizure of his property.
