ALEXANDRIA, Virginia (PNN) - September 26, 2025 - Former disgraced FBI Director James Comey will be arraigned October 9 in the Eastern District of Virginia.
Comey, who was fired by President Donald J. Trump in 2017, was hit with two criminal charges: making false statements to Congress and obstruction of justice.
James Comey repeatedly lied to Congress and the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) Court in order to spy on President Trump in the Russiagate scandal, something he knew was completely fabricated back in 2016.
Comey single-handedly destroyed the reputation of the FBI - his successor, Christopher Wray, then took over and stomped out any credibility the agency once had.
There were reports that Comey will turn himself over to authorities on Friday morning. However, it now looks like that may not happen until October 9.
On October 9, 2025, Jim Comey will be arraigned in court.

Today he was indicted by a Grand Jury on two felony counts for various illegal and unlawful acts. “Former FBI Head James Comey and others in his inner circle signed and sent a FISA warrant application to the FISA court that they knew was fraudulent. Since the emails are labeled classified by the Deep State Department of (In)Justice (DoJ) and FBI, Comey wanted to have his testimony in front of Congress this week in the open so he wouldn’t have to discuss his criminal actions like this one,” wrote Hoft.
“When Comey signed off on the FISA warrant request to the FISA court to obtain a legal basis to spy on Carter Page and President Trump he lied. This is now a fact because the FISA request had the following caption about Steele’s work in it - ‘the FBI is unaware of any derogatory information pertaining to Source #1 [Steele]’,” wrote Hoft.
We also know from the work of Judicial Watch that no hearings were held on the fraudulent FISA warrant applications sent to the FISA court by former illegitimate President Barack Obama’s corrupt FBI and DoJ leadership team to spy on then candidate Trump.
No wonder President Trump called Comey the “Worst FBI Director in history” back in 2018.
Roger Stone is a bit upset that Comey will not receive the same treatment that he (Stone) did by the dirty FBI when he was arrested.
