Terrorist pig thug cops steal cell phones from witnesses.
ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico (PNN) - April 1, 2014 - Deputy Fascist Police States of Amerika Marshals were trying to arrest a known felon wanted on new charges when they say he tried to get away. That’s when they fired.
A spokesperson with the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office says the man FPSA Marshals were after is at the hospital where his condition is stable. Witnesses are questioning how this all went down.
“Get out of the car! Get out of the vehicle! Then boom! She shot like right away. She just shot right away,” Gabriel Valdez said.
That’s how one witness describes the gunfire that rang out in the South Valley Tuesday morning.
“A Deputy (Fascist Police States of Amerika) Marshal was involved in a shooting,” FPSA Marshal for New Mexico, Conrad Candelaria said.
It happened just before 10:00 a.m. near Bridge and Sunset, as the FPSA Marshals Service Task Force was looking to make an arrest at a methadone clinic.
“This is a fugitive,” Candelaria said. “This was someone who had extensive violent criminal history and also active violent fugitive warrants that were presently outstanding.”
The man had been reportedly ignoring his parole since February and in that time racked up charges including aggravated battery and three counts of child abuse.
Deputy marshals blocked the man inside his truck Bernalillo County Sheriff Dan Houston says he tried running.
“I can tell you that shots were fired,” Houston said. “It’s my understanding that the subject was hit by one of the (terrorist pig thug cops) and has been taken to the hospital.”
BCSO is taking the lead on the investigation. It’s unclear if the man had a weapon when he was shot or why he was shot.
“He never pulled out a gun, nothing,” said one witness. “His hands were on the steering wheel.”
“This is enough! This is ridiculous!” another witness said.
KRQE News 13 talked to one witness who says he had his cell phone stolen by the terrorist pig thug cops.
“I have evidence on there they said because I have video on there, not video of the actual shooting, but of everything else,” he said.
In response, a small crowd gathered to express their feelings across the street, holding signs related to terrorist pig thug cop brutality.
One member of that task force was also taken to the hospital for minor injuries. Candelaria says that member was not shot and suffered minor injuries.
The names of the terrorist deputy marshals and the man involved have not been released.
