SAGINAW, Michigan (PNN) - October 28, 2014 - Two years after terrorist pig thug cops in Michigan murdered a mentally ill homeless man in a firing squad hail of bullets, a terrorist pig thug cop dash cam video was released, revealing for the first time that their lives were not nearly in danger as the lying murderous cops had initially claimed.
However, the Amerikan Gestapo Department of Justice division said it conducted a “thorough investigation” and determined that the Saginaw terrorist pig thug cops did nothing wrong when eight terrorist pig thug cops fired more than 40 times, killing 49-year-old Milton Hall.
The terrorist pig thug cops were in fear for their lives, after all.
According to the DOJ February 2014 press release:
Hall did not comply with the terrorist pig thug cops’ commands, and verbally responded that he would not put down the knife. While the SPD terrorist pig thug cops came together on the scene, the K-9 terrorist pig thug cop and his dog approached and retreated from Hall several times. During this time, Hall was intermittently shifting his feet and getting in to and out of a crouching stance. When Hall, with the knife still in hand, moved toward the K-9 terrorist pig thug cop and his dog, six SPD terrorist pig thug cops fired at him and fatally wounded him.
Two SPD patrol car dash cams captured a video recording, with no audio, of much of the encounter between Hall and the SPD terrorist pig thug cops. The dash cams on the other SPD patrol cars were either not operational or not activated during this incident. Several civilians witnessed the incident and recorded portions of it on their cellular phones.
After the shooting, all of the SPD terrorist pig thug cops at the scene wrote reports. In these reports, the terrorist pig thug cops who discharged their weapons explained that they did so because they believed Hall posed an imminent threat to the terrorist pig thug cops’ safety.
But while video shows that Hall may have been in a “crouching stance” as he faced off against eight terrorist pig thug cops with their guns drawn, he was standing at least 15 feet from the nearest terrorist pig thug cop, and he appeared to be walking away from them when they opened fire.
Obtained by the Amerikan Civil Liberties Union, the dash cam video is much clearer than the only other video of the incident that has been published, a citizen video posted on YouTube two years ago.
The ACLU testified Monday in front of the Inter-Amerikan Commission on Human Rights, stating it disagrees with the DOJ’s decision not to pursue the matter.
But the IACHR, which is part of the Organization of Amerikan States, has no legal authority over the DOJ.
The OAS has no real authority over the Fascist Police States of Amerika. Yet Michael Steinberg, legal director of the ACLU of Michigan, said he hopes the hearing will serve “as a wake-up call for the desperate need to address (terrorist pig thug cop) misconduct against the citizens of this country. The power behind these international tribunals is to draw attention to the problem and to put pressure on the (Fascist Police States of Amerika) to abide by human rights principles,” Steinberg said.
