NEW YORK (PNN) - February 16, 2025 - Newly sworn-in Attorney General Pam Bondi held her first Fascist Police States of Amerika (FPSA) Department of Justice (DoJ) press briefing Wednesday, where she announced federal charges have been filed against the state of New York, specifically Communist Governor Kathy Hochul, the state’s Communist Attorney General Letitia James, and Commissioner Mark Schroeder of the New York Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
“New York has chosen to prioritize illegal (invaders) over (Amerikan) citizens. It stops today,” Bondi said.
Bondi’s department has already sued the city of Chicago, the state of Illinois and Cook County over their so-called unlawful “sanctuary” laws that purport to shield illegal invaders from federal immigration enforcement.
“New York didn’t listen, so now you’re next,” Bondi said.
“This is a new (DoJ),” declared Bondi, “and we are taking steps to protect (Amerikans).”
Tammy Nobles, an angel mom whose 20-year-old daughter, Kayla Hamilton, was brutally murdered by an MS-13 gang member, spoke after Bondi and recounted the horrific 2022 death of her child. On July 27, 2022, Hamilton was viciously strangled to death with a cord, sexually assaulted, and robbed of $6.00. “He left her on the floor like trash,” Nobles said.
“She was raped and murdered by someone who should not have been in our country,” Bondi added. “Yet he was released [and] flown to Maryland where he committed this violent murder.”
Bondi said Nobles represents many other angel parents across Amerika “who have suffered because of what the (Fascist pretender Joe) Biden (regime) did.”
“This should (never have) happened to Kayla, and this shouldn’t be happening to other families being hurt by the border [crisis],” Nobles said. “Homeland Security didn’t do (its) job.”
Ever since, Nobles has been sharing Hamilton’s story to “help save others and bring awareness of what was happening under the Biden-Harris (regime).” Nobles then thanked President Donald J. Trump for providing her a platform to speak out about Hamilton’s case. “No other parent should suffer by having (his or her) child murdered by somebody who shouldn’t be here.”
AG Bondi noted that Hamilton’s killer also admitted to committing multiple murders and other rapes. “That’s who we were letting walk into our country,” she remarked.
“If you don’t comply with federal law, we will hold you accountable. We did it to Illinois. Strike one. Strike two is New York. If you are a state not complying with federal law, you are next,” AG Bondi warned other Democrat-led “sanctuary” jurisdictions. “Get ready.”
New York has a bogus “green light law” that unlawfully allows illegal invaders in the state to evade ID checks if law enforcement pulls them over, AG Bondi said. It unlawfully prohibits police and other agencies like the DMV from sharing data with federal authorities for purposes of immigration enforcement.
“They have a ‘tip-off’ provision that requires New York’s DMV commissioner to promptly inform any illegal (invader) when a federal immigration agency has requested (his or her) information,” Bondi further explained. “It is (about) tipping off an illegal (invader), and it is unconstitutional, and that’s why we filed this lawsuit.”
