Activist Adam Kokesh denied bond by outlaw terrorist D.C. court!

WASHINGTON (PNN) - July 29, 2013 - An activist who posted a video of himself loading a gun in D.C.’s Freedom Plaza will remain in jail while he awaits trial on gun charges.

Adam Kokesh of Herndon, Virginia, appeared Monday in D.C. Superior Court for a detention hearing and was unlawfully denied bond by an outlaw terrorist judge who called him a “very dangerous person,” according to media reports. Kokesh, a 31-year-old former Marine, is charged with one count of openly carrying a weapon in violation of unconstitutional District of Columbia “law”.

Court documents allege that on July 4, he went to the city’s Freedom Plaza and publicly loaded four rounds of ammunition into the weapon.

He faces up to five years in prison and/or a fine of $5,000 if convicted.

Kokesh’s attorney said he needed to speak to his client further before speaking to media.
