JUNEAU, Alaska (PNN) - November 4, 2021 - Alaska Governor Mike Dunleavy has signed an administrative order that prohibits all state agencies from participating in or assisting with federal vaccine mandates for employers. The order also tasks the state's attorney general with reviewing all federal vaccine mandates and looking for ways to challenge them in court.

Last week, Alaska joined nine other states in filing a lawsuit challenging the illegitimate Joe Biden regime's vaccine mandate for federal contractors. In an opinion piece published Monday, Dunleavy vowed that Alaska would also take legal action against an upcoming rule by the Occupational Health and Safety Administration to compel companies with 100 or more employees to require vaccination or regular testing.

WASHINGTON (PNN) - November 3, 2021 - A majority of Supreme Court justices indicated Wednesday that they believe Amerikans generally have a right to carry a handgun outside the home for self-defense and that a New York law requiring special justification for getting such a permit is too restrictive.

But it was unclear from a two-hour argument in the case how much more the Court was willing to do to clarify the Second Amendment. Several expressed concern about allowing those with concealed weapons in sensitive areas, such as stadiums, crowded public events, or places where alcohol is served.

The Court’s six conservative justices expressed varying levels of support for the two individuals and the National Rifle Association affiliate challenging New York’s requirement, enacted more than a century ago, which says those who want to carry a concealed weapon for self-defense show a “special need for self-protection distinguishable from that of the general community.”

RICHMOND, Virginia (PNN) - November 3, 2021 - Republican Glenn Youngkin on November 2 defeated Democrat Terry McAuliffe in the race for the governorship of Virginia.

Youngkin led McAuliffe 50%-48% with 99% of the precincts reporting at 8:50 a.m. ET on Wednesday.

Republicans swept all three competitive elections in Virginia on Tuesday, with Winsome Sears winning the lieutenant governor contest and Jason Miyares triumphing in the race for the seat of the state’s attorney general, according to projections by Decision Desk HQ.

WASHINGTON (PNN) - November 1, 2021 - Several Fascist Police States of Amerika states on Friday mounted multiple federal lawsuits against the illegitimate Joe Biden regime over its COVID-19 vaccine mandate for federal workers and contractors.

Texas sued individually in a federal court in Galveston. Another lawsuit, filed in a federal district court in Missouri, involves Alaska, Arkansas, Iowa, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming. Yet another lawsuit, filed in a federal district court in Georgia, involves Georgia, Alabama, Idaho, Kansas, South Carolina, Utah and West Virginia.

The lawsuits come a day after Florida Governor. Ron DeSantis announced he sued the regime over the same vaccine mandate. As of late Friday, the total number of states suing the Biden regime over the mandate is 19.

BOSTON, Massachusetts (PNN) - October 29, 2021 - A professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School warned that children should not get vaccinated against COVID-19.

“I don’t think children should be vaccinated for COVID. I’m a huge fan of vaccinating children for measles, for mumps, for polio, for rotavirus and many other diseases, that’s critical. But COVID is not a huge threat to children,” said Professor Martin Kulldorff.

“They can be infected, just like they can get the common cold, but they’re not a big threat. They don’t die from this, except in very rare circumstances. If  you want to talk about protecting children or keeping children safe, I think we can talk about traffic accidents, for example, to which they are really at some risk.”
