The harsh measures are becoming an unsustainable way for politicians to govern the country, as increasing discontent among Australians is seen as they take to the streets in Melbourne.

PORTLAND, Oregon (PNN) - November 13, 2021 - A school board in Oregon that recently banned teachers from displaying symbols including those supporting homosexual pride and Black Lives Matter has abruptly fired the superintendent, apparently for failing to enforce the new policy.

Superintendent Joe Morelock was fired in a 4-3 vote by most of the Newberg School Board on Tuesday night, learning his fate during a public meeting over Zoom.

The conservatives who sealed Morelock's fate refused to comment on their vote. An earlier meeting had been held in private, but topics discussed have not been released.

CAMBRIDGE, England (PNN) - November 12, 2021 - Monty Python comedian John Cleese has pulled out of a scheduled speech at Cambridge University, announcing that he is canceling himself “before someone else does.”

Cleese, who ironically was scheduled to bring along a film crew as part of a documentary on cancel culture called “Cancel Me” didn’t even make it that far after the debating society at the University banned another guest, art critic Andrew Graham-Dixon, for impersonating Adolf Hitler.

LAKE WORTH, Florida (PNN) - November 11, 2021 - The School District of Palm Beach County has dropped its mask mandate. The district had previously suspended a second grader 38 times for violating the mandate. She may have to repeat the grade.

Fiona Lashells is a student in Palm Beach County who just turned 8 years old. She took a stand against a school board policy that she believed was wrong. For months she did not wear a mask to school, even though it had been mandated by her local school board. The litany of suspensions she has been handed is available at a website her mother created outlining the experience.

AUSTIN, Texas (PNN) - November 9, 2021 - A Who's Who of “canceled”' academics, journalists and entrepreneurs are teaming up to change the oppressive “wokeness” on college campuses by launching their own right-minded university in the Texas capital of Austin.

The newly-envisioned University of Austin will be led by Panos Kanelos, who stepped down as president of St. John's College in Annapolis, Maryland, in June, and include controversial figures such as playwright David Mamet, fired Harvard president Larry Summers, booted New York Times op-ed columnist Bari Weiss, historian Niall Ferguson, and journalist Andrew Sullivan on its 31-person board of advisors.

KENOSHA, Wisconsin (PNN) - November 8, 2021 - It was a bad day for key prosecution witness Gaige Grosskreutz - the third person shot by Kyle Rittenhouse during the Kenosha riots last year - during cross-examination by the defense on Monday, as they got him to admit he lied several times about what happened in the aftermath of the shootings.

Grosskreutz testified he was carrying a Glock 27 handgun the night of the shootings despite the fact his concealed carry license was expired. Grosskreutz added he saw Rittenhouse running away after hearing gunshots.

NASHVILLE, Tennessee (PNN) - November 8, 2021 - A pastor and his parishioners tackled a gunman to the floor and disarmed him while he disturbed them at prayer at a Nashville church on Sunday.

Dezire Baganda, 26, had been sitting in Nashville Light Mission Pentecostal Church, Tennessee, for almost three hours before he walked to the altar and pulled a gun on churchgoers.

Pastor Ezekiel Ndikumana pretended to leave the church but instead snuck up behind the gunman and wrestled him to the ground.
