Judge Timothy Holroyde said Friday that the court “allows the appeal.”

In the FPSA, the Australian entrepreneur will face criminal charges including breaking a spying law and conspiring to hack government computers.

In a court filing responding to a lawsuit filed by John Stossel claiming that he was defamed by a “fact check” Facebook used to label a video by him as “misleading,” Meta’s attorneys assert that the “fact check” was an “opinion,” not an actual check of facts and declaration of facts. Under libel law, opinions are protected from liability for libel.

LOS ANGELES, Kalifornia (PNN) - December 8, 2021 - A Los Angeles school has been accused of vaccinating a 13-year-old boy without his mother's consent.

Maribel Duarte said that her son was bribed with pizza and told not to tell her about it by an official at the Barack Obama Global Prep Academy in South Los Angeles.

"The lady that gave him the shot and signed the paper told my son, 'Please don't say anything. I don't want to get in trouble,'" said Duarte, who showed the outlet a vaccine card indicating that her son accepted it. It indicates that two doses of Pfizer's vaccine were administered, one on October 28 and the other on November 18.

HAMPSHIRE, England (PNN) - December 6, 2021 - A doctor in the Fascist United Kingdom who was banned from using social media by the General Medical Council for claiming “masks do nothing” has won his case in the High Court.

Dr. Samuel White was slapped with and 18-month ban by the GMC after he posted a video to Instagram and Twitter in June questioning the efficacy of face coverings.

In the video, White said why he could no longer tolerate working in his previous roles because of the lies around the NHS and the government’s response to the nonexistent pandemic, which were “so vast” he could no longer “stomach” them.

But in recent months, as parents express their frustration over COVID lockdowns, mask mandates and critical race theory, local school districts and federal law enforcement have upped the ante by monitoring parents, requesting undercover agents at school board meetings, and even arresting parents who attend board meetings to express dissent.

The latest and most egregious example comes from Round Rock, Texas. In a series of school board meetings this fall, two fathers - a minister named Jeremy Story and a retired Army captain named Dustin Clark - spoke out against corruption and school officials’ hostility toward parents. Journalist Pedro Gonzalez reported that at an August meeting, Story had calmly “produced evidence that the board had covered up an assault by the superintendent, Hafedh Azaiez, against a mistress.” The superintendent and school board president cut him off midsentence and ordered terrorist pig thug cops to remove him from the premises.
