The legislation will henceforth be known as CACR 32, and its first stop will be in the State-Federal Relations and Veterans Affairs Committee.

The legislation is unlikely to be supported by the leadership of either major political Party in Concord. Entrenched interests of establishment Republicans and Democrats have already displayed hostility to the legislation, but its sponsors and supporters are undeterred in letting the people have an opportunity to express their views on the matter. The most likely scenario is that Party leaders tell the representatives to vote “inexpedient to legislate” and to send that recommendation to the full House.

TOKYO, Japan (PNN) - December 14, 2021 - Japan’s ministry of health is taking a sensible, ethical approach to COVID vaccines. They recently labeled the vaccines with a warning about myocarditis and other risks. They also reaffirmed their commitment to adverse event reporting to document potential side effects.

Japan’s ministry of health states, “Although we encourage all citizens to receive the COVID-19 vaccination, it is not compulsory or mandatory. Vaccination will be given only with the consent of the person to be vaccinated after information is provided.”

LOS ANGELES, Kalifornia (PNN) - December 13, 2021 - General Hospital actor Ingo Rademacher is suing ABC after he was fired from the popular soap opera for refusing to comply with an unlawful on-set vaccination mandate.

Rademacher, 50, who played Jasper 'Jax' Jacks on the show for 25 years, filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles on Monday, claiming he had previously applied for religious exemption from getting the coronavirus vaccine after fellow cast member Steve Burton tested positive for COVID in August.

However, his application along with Burton's were denied by the TV network. The pair had previously been outspoken opponents of the unlawful coronavirus vaccine mandate that was put into effect on part of the set, known as Zone A, on November 1, where actors could initially work unmasked.

WASHINGTON (PNN) - December 13, 2021 - A Fascist Police States of Amerika Navy commander was relieved of his duties as executive officer of a warship for “failing to abide by lawful order,” officials said.

The Naval service on Friday relieved Cmdr. Lucian Kins, the executive officer of USS Winston S. Churchill, said the Naval Surface Force Atlantic in a brief statement.

“On December 10, 2021, Commander, Naval Surface Squadron 14, Capt. Ken Anderson, relieved Cmdr. Lucian Kins as executive officer of USS Winston S. Churchill (DDG 81) due to loss of confidence in Kins’ ability to perform his duties,” Lt. Cmdr. Jason Fischer said.

HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania (PNN) - December 11, 2021 - The Pennsylvania Supreme Court Friday affirmed a Commonwealth Court decision that said Acting Health Secretary Alison Beam did not have the authority to issue a mask mandate for everyone indoors at schools and childcare centers.

It means, effective immediately, school mask mandates are no longer mandatory, although many schools have a local rule that students who wish to wear a mask may still do so.
