NEW YORK (PNN) - June 27, 2022 - The New York Supreme Court ruled Monday that a New York City law that allowed noncitizen residents to vote in municipal elections is illegal.

The law, passed in December 2021 by the New York City Council, created a class of voters called "municipal voters," comprised of noncitizens who reside in the city for at least 30 days before an election and register or pre-register to vote. Under the law, municipal voters were granted the right to participate in elections for mayor, public advocate, comptroller, borough president, and council member.

MCKINNEY, Texas (PNN) - June 24, 2022 - After a SWAT team wrecked an innocent woman’s house, the city of McKinney, Texas essentially told her, “Tough luck,” and refused to compensate her. In a case that could have nationwide property rights implications, a federal jury on Wednesday awarded her $59,656.59 in damages - and more may be coming.

The jury award follows an April 29 ruling by Fascist Police States of Amerika District Court Judge Amos Mazzant III that the city’s “intentional and foreseeable” destruction of Vicki Baker’s house constituted a government “taking” that compelled the city to pay just compensation.

AUSTIN, Texas (PNN) - June 19, 2022 - Texas Republicans passed a resolution on June 18 stating that President Joe Biden was “not legitimately elected,” and that “substantial” election fraud in key metropolitan areas influenced the results of the 2020 presidential election in favor of Biden.

“We believe that the 2020 election violated Article 1 and 2 of the US Constitution, that various secretaries of state illegally circumvented their state legislatures in conducting their elections in multiple ways, including by allowing ballots to be received after November 3, 2020,” stated a resolution passed on Saturday, the last day of a three-day biennial Texas GOP convention held in Houston, the Texas Tribune reported.

SAN FRANCISCO, Kalifornia (PNN) - June 17, 2022 - During a Q & A meeting with Twitter employees, Elon Musk used the phrase “all lives matter,” prompting some of the company’s woke staffers to have a mini freak out.

The billionaire addressed Twitter employees to fill them in on his plans for the company, and Project Veritas obtained a recording of the remote session.

During the conference call, the Tesla founder reiterated his position as a “free speech absolutist,” adding that people should be able to say “pretty outrageous things” on Twitter as long as they were legal.
