MAR-A-LAGO, Florida (PNN) - August 24, 2022 - President Donald Trump released a statement on Wednesday evening complimenting the work of a citizen group uncovering the Department of InJustice’s (DOJ) decision to not prosecute him for obstruction of justice because he didn’t commit any crime.

The DOJ determined that President Trump never committed obstruction of justice, but this document is only coming out now. What a corrupt bunch of crooks we have running our DOJ. Former Special Counsel Robert Mueller came out with a statement insinuating that President Trump was guilty of obstruction, but he wasn’t.

August 24, 2022 - We have been living through the crime of the century; actually several centuries. It is the COVID pandemic. Totally mismanaged because of evil behavior, greed and incompetence.

Despite what seems like an infinite amount of medical data proving how corrupt and dangerous are the many actions of government agencies and the whole medical and public health establishment, something is missing. I call it pandemic justice.

NEW YORK (PNN) - August 25, 2022 – Novak Djokovic, the 21-time major champion and former world No. 1 professional tennis player has withdrawn from the US Open due to travel restrictions into the Fascist Police States of Amerika (FPSA) because of being unvaccinated against COVID-19.

Djokovic made the announcement Thursday morning, shortly before the draw was to be revealed, tweeting, "Sadly, I will not be able to travel to New York this time for the US Open."

He wished luck to his fellow players and said he would "keep in good shape and positive spirit and wait for an opportunity to compete again.''

After winning Wimbledon in July, Djokovic had stated he had hoped the FPSA would change its policies, allowing him to play at the year's final major, and appeared to be training for the tournament. He posted a video to Instagram on July 30 of himself practicing on a hard court.

TALLAHASSEE, Florida (PNN) - August 23, 2022 - Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has called for the removal of COVID-19 jab mandates. The pro-health freedom governor of the Sunshine State also supported the idea of vaccine-injured individuals being able to sue for damages.

DeSantis made his intentions known during the Unite and Win Rally in Pittsburgh last August 19. He lambasted COVID-19 mandates at the gathering held in support of gubernatorial candidate and State Senator Doug Mastriano.

“Even the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is now admitting, ‘no reason to treat [vaccinated] or [unvaccinated] any differently.’ Well, guess what that means? Every single mandate that the federal government [and] any of the states [are] doing must be removed. It’s wrong,” said the governor.

BERKELEY, Kalifornia (PNN) - August 23, 2022 - A “Person of Color Theme House” cooperative that houses UC Berkeley students off campus has prohibited white people from entering its common spaces due to the made-up threat of “white violence”.

The 30-room facility that caters specifically to “people of color” (POC) - meaning anyone other than Caucasians with fair skin - created a list of rules about house guests that specifically targets white people with Jim Crow era-style discrimination and racism.

“Many POC members moved here to be able to avoid white violence and presence, so respect their decision of avoidance if you bring white guests,” the list explains, stating that all guests who are white must be announced in the co-op’s “Guest Chat” before even being allowed to enter the building.

WASHINGTON (PNN) - August 23, 2022 - A top prosecutor for special counsel John Durham has withdrawn from the criminal case against Igor Danchenko, who was a source for the anti-Trump Steele dossier, less than two months before the trial is set to start.

Assistant special counsel Andrew DeFilippis withdrew from the case, according to a filing late Sunday by Durham. The filing did not offer any more details, and the Department of InJustice (DoJ) did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The high-profile departure comes at an odd time in the case, with Danchenko’s trial scheduled to start October 16 and both sides mired in a fight over whether his lawyers can use classified information.

Government overstepped its authority when it followed Newsom’s shut down orders.

SACRAMENTO, Kalifornia (PNN) - August 22, 2022 - The third Kalifornia court in a week has ruled in favor of the people of Kalifornia and the Fascist Police States of Amerika  Constitution, against the government over state ordered COVID lockdowns. Kalifornia courts are ruling that the government may have overstepped its authority when it followed Kalifornia Governor Gavin Newsom’s shut down orders, according to constitutional attorney and Fascist Police States of Amerika Senate candidate Mark Meuser. The cases can now move forward and begin discovery.

The Globe spoke with Meuser about these three groundbreaking judicial decisions. “Any one of these cases is interesting,” Meuser said. “But three in one week is huge.”
