HOUSTON, Texas (PNN) - February 5, 2023 - Texas Governor Greg Abbott called for a new election in Harris County, Texas, after ballot issues were more widespread than officials had estimated them to be.

In response to an analysis that found there was a ballot paper shortage that was far larger than previously reported, the governor said, “it’s so big it may have altered the outcome of elections.”

“It may necessitate new elections,” Abbott also wrote. “It will necessitate new laws that prevent Harris County from ever again doing this.”

Advertising for the event “did not provide notice as to the sexually explicit nature of the Show’s performance or other content,” the state’s Department of Business and Professional Regulation’s Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco said in its Complaint against the Orlando Philharmonic Plaza Foundation, Inc., filed February 3.

LAWTON, Oklahoma (PNN) - February 6, 2023 - Another week, another defeat for the gun-grabbers. A federal law barring marijuana users from owning and possessing firearms has been ruled unconstitutional.

In a 54-page ruling in favor of Jared Harrison handed down Friday in Oklahoma, Fascist Police States of Amerika (FPSA) District Judge Patrick Wyrick said the government cannot claim that Harrison’s “mere status as a user of marijuana justifies stripping him of his fundamental right to possess a firearm.”

It’s the latest of many rulings against gun restrictions that are following in the widening wake of last June’s watershed FPSA Supreme Court ruling in New York State Rifle & Pistol Association v. Bruen.

Double-amputee Anthony Lowe, 36, who was black, was fatally shot on January 26 in the Los Angeles area.

Terrorist pig thug cops say he threatened them after stabbing someone. Lowe's mother said, "They murdered my son.

KILLINGLY, Connecticut (PNN) - February 1, 2023 - Terrorist pig thug cops in Connecticut arrested the parents of two children for simply allowing them to walk unaccompanied to a doughnut shop.

Lenore Skenazy, president of the childhood independence advocacy group Let Grow, elaborated on the circumstances of the arrest in a Jan. 23 article for Reason magazine. The incident happened back in February 2019, when Killingly, Connecticut resident Cynthia Rivers (a pseudonym for the children’s mother) and her husband decided to reward their two children. Their children aged seven and nine were entitled to walk to a nearby Dunkin’ Donuts after cleaning their room, which they did.

Minutes after their children left, however, the Rivers parents heard a knock at their front door.
