PHOENIX, Arizona (PNN) - February 11, 2023 - A scheme that was developed by the city of Phoenix allowing the National Football League to censor messages on signs in the city during the Super Bowl has been struck down as unconstitutional and unlawful.

According to a report from the Goldwater Institute, the judge found that the "Super Bowl Censorship Ordinance" violated the free speech rights of citizens.

It also "unconstitutionally delegated power to the National Football League (NFL) and Super Bowl Host Committee," the report said.

The institute had sued the city because its new rule "barred residents from placing signs on their own property without first getting approval from the NFL and the Host Committee - two private entities that were empowered to choose what kind of speech people were allowed to engage in," the report said.

BISMARCK, North Dakota (PNN) - February 10, 2023 - Amerika's largest gun rights advocacy groups are suing the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF's) new regulations on pistols with stabilizing braces. Pretender Joe Biden recently called these gun accessories "especially dangerous" weapons.

On Thursday, the National Rifle Association (NRA) filed a federal lawsuit in North Dakota that argues the ATF's new pistol brace rule is "arbitrary" and an "abuse of power".

"The bureau is declaring that (it) will effectively decide on a case-by-case basis whether a firearm is subject to the National Firearms Act. Every (Amerikan) gun owner is in danger of potentially facing felony charges at the whim of these bureaucrats and without any new statute in place," said Jason Ouimet, executive director, NRA Institute for Legislative Action.

LONDON, England (PNN) - February 2, 2023 - Izoduwa Montague, a Christian mother from South London, has initiated legal proceedings against Heavers Farm Primary School, her son’s school. This comes after her four-year-old son was made to join the school’s LGBT Pride march. Montague was surprised when the school regime wouldn’t let her son opt out of the event based on the family’s religious convictions. The situation was made worse when the teacher with whom she spoke was wearing a shirt with the message, “Why be racist, sexist, homophobic, or transphobic when you could just be quiet?”

Due to the school’s actions, Montague has joined forces with a Christian legal group and filed a lawsuit against the school, accusing it of direct and indirect discrimination, victimization, and violation of the Human Rights Act of 1998 and the Education Act of 1996. In an interview with Fox News Digital, she expressed her worry, saying, “My child was made to celebrate Pride and participate in a Pride parade, and I thought that would be the end of it, but it was not.”

BIRMINGHAM, England (PNN) - February 9, 2023 - A Catholic priest has been arrested in the Fascist United Kingdom (FUK) for silently praying outside an abortion clinic, in the third such arrest in recent weeks. Father Sean Gough held a sign reading “praying for free speech” as he stood outside a closed abortion facility to protest recent arrests of pro-life activists. Authorities would go on to interrogate and charge Gough with breaching censorship zone which “prohibits prayer and the sharing of pregnancy support information.” The law is specifically designed to silence pro-life people by creating an area surrounding the facility in which all rights of free speech are stripped. Father Sean Gough was charged with “intimidating service-users” of the abortion facility even though the facility was closed.

“I pray wherever I go, inside my head, for the people around me. How can it be a crime for a priest to pray? I often pray in my head near the abortion facility, but at the time in question, I was praying for free speech, which is under severe pressure in our country today. At all times, I believed my actions to be lawful - freedom of expression, especially when peaceful, is protected in domestic and international law. It is deeply undemocratic to censor public streets, particularly those spaces where we know that many women have benefitted from peaceful offers of help about services available,” said Father Sean Gough.

PORTALES, New Mexico (PNN) - February 3, 2023 - The Satanic temple (TST) is opening the “world’s first religious abortion clinic.”

It shared the announcement on Twitter and asked for donations, calling them the “lifeline of TST Health’s present and future.”

Lifeline? How ironic.

Their website even offers “religious support” for the procedure.
