July 2, 2023 - The Farce of July is almost here again. That is its proper name, because it is farcical to “celebrate” what has been lost, and pathetic to pretend it hasn’t been lost. Even to the extent, in most states, of being allowed to celebrate what has been lost - with fireworks that have been banned.

The banning of fireworks - real ones, not the digital ones that spew forth a showy but meaningless show of sparks as opposed to the ones that explode and fly (and sometimes, both) - being a kind of leitmotif of our lack of independence.

CHEYENNE, Wyoming (PNN) - July 2, 2023 - Yesterday, a Wyoming law went into effect that will further increase food freedom in the state, and potentially alleviate some of the recent price inflation on eggs and dairy.

Senator Tim Salazar and 10 fellow cosponsors introduced Senate Bill 102 on Jan. 12. The new law expands the Wyoming Food Freedom Act to allow a “designated agent” to “facilitate sales transactions” in the marketing, transport, storage, or delivery of food and beverage products. Under previous law, producers could only sell directly to consumers.

The new law will also add eggs and dairy products to the foods that can be sold at farmer’s markets, farms, ranches, producer’s homes or offices, and the retail location of the third-party sellers.

WASHINGTON (PNN) - June 29, 2023 - The Supreme Court ruled against Harvard University and the University of North Carolina’s affirmative action policies in a decision that will have a profound effect on the admissions processes at universities across the country.

The Court ruled that the race-based admissions programs at Harvard violated Title VI of the Civil Rights Act and the University of North Carolina violated the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment.

Forced to teach that English is embodiment of white supremacy.

ABINGTON, Pennsylvania (PNN) - June 27, 2023 - An English professor who worked at Pennsylvania State University is suing the college on claims it racially discriminated against him and other white staff.

Zack De Piero, 40, served as an assistant professor of English and Composition at Penn State-Abington from 2018 to 2022.

During this time, he was forced to grade Hispanic and black students differently and was subject to exercises centered on critical race theory where white staff were made to feel terrible.

COLUMBUS, Ohio (PNN) - June 27, 2023 - Amy Gonzalez and Andrea Gross are suing Columbus Academy in Ohio for launching a retaliation campaign against them following complaints they made about the private school's Leftist curriculum.

Columbus Academy reported Gonzalez and Gross to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), calling them "dangerous to the health and well-being of the entire Academy community. Administrators also attempted to destroy the two mothers' reputations out of spite.

LANSING, Michigan (PNN) - June 27, 2023 - The fascist Michigan State Legislature is pushing forward a new and patently unconstitutional “Hate Speech” bill that threatens anyone who speaks the truth on a variety of controversial and inherently offensive topics. The proposed unlawful legislation (which will be overturned by the courts), HB4474, does more than threaten the First Amendment and free speech rights of Amerikans. The proposed legislation amends the state’s Ethnic Intimidation Act of 1988 - making it a “hate crime” if a person causes “severe mental anguish” to another individual.
