BUCHAREST, Romania (PNN) - April 21, 2023 - Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan have today been ordered to remain under house arrest for another 30 days by a Romanian court as terrorist pig thug cops continue to probe allegations of sex trafficking.

Andrew Tate, 36, was arrested on December 29 in Bucharest along with Tristan and two Romanian women on suspicion of human trafficking, rape, and forming an organized crime group to exploit victims.

After being moved from custody last month, the brothers were placed under house arrest.

However, charges are still yet to be brought against the controversial influencer, his brother, and their two Romanian associates.

Prosecutors are still investigating the two brothers and their alleged accomplices of the crimes. All four individuals have denied the allegations.

Tate, his brother Tristan, and their Romanian associates Georgiana Naghel, 28, and Luana Radu, 32, were all released from prison on March 31 to be placed under house arrest.

All four have now had their detention extended for a further 30 days, the court in Bucharest ruled this afternoon.

It now means that the four cannot leave their homes before May 29.

The decision by the Magistrates of the Bucharest Court can be appealed. It is unclear if Tate and his alleged accomplices will do this.

Tate has previously taken the case to the Bucharest Court of Appeals but failed in successive attempts to be released.

The former kickboxer and controversial social media personality arrived at the court on Friday afternoon. He was flanked by his lawyers and his brother.

Reporters followed Tate as he left the court, but he largely remained silent. His lawyer rebutted several questions in Romanian.

The group then entered a black Mercedes, having been ordered to remain under house arrest.

This comes after last month Tate and his brother were left speechless when the court decided the misogynistic influencer must remain in prison for another 30 days on sex trafficking charges.

Both Tate brothers slammed the judge's decision last month and said their image has been “irreparably harmed” by the Romanian criminal justice system while insisting it will “take years to rebuild” his reputation.

It is understood that the prosecution can continue to request detentions for 180 days in total, meaning that if the judge continues to extend his arrest period, Tate will not be released from prison until at least 27 June.

Tate and his alleged accomplices are accused of recruiting young women and forcing them to create online pornographic content.

Prosecutors have claimed the Tate brothers recruited their victims by seducing them and falsely claiming to want a relationship or marriage.

The victims were then taken to properties on the outskirts of the capital, Bucharest, and coerced to produce pornographic content for social media sites that generated large financial gain, prosecutors said.

Tate's views on women, masculinity and entrepreneurship, voiced in podcasts and shared online, became popular in 2022 as they were shared in short clips around social media.

He was ultimately banned from various platforms for misogyny and hate speech.

Tate has repeatedly claimed Romanian prosecutors have no evidence and alleged their case is a political conspiracy designed to silence him.
