Christian baker appeals trans cake case to Colorado Supreme Court!
No person should be forced to express a message that violates his core beliefs.
DENVER, Colorado (PNN) - April 21, 2023 - Colorado baker Jack Phillips has appealed to the state supreme court after a lower court ruled that the devout Christian violated discrimination law by refusing to create a cake celebrating a deranged individual's ungodly and unnatural claim to be a different gender than he was given by God.
The Alliance Defending Freedom filed an appeal with the Colorado Supreme Court on Thursday on Phillips' behalf, arguing that Phillips and his business, Masterpiece Cakeshop, should have the right to refuse to make cakes that celebrate things that go against Phillips' beliefs.
In the appeal filing, the legal nonprofit argued that the appeals court's January decision against Phillips "conflicts with other Colorado appeals court decisions interpreting" the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act.
Ed. Note: The reality is that many businesses sign away their rights when they accept corporate designations that bind them to ungodly conditions of a fascist government. These businesses would be better served by setting themselves up as private organizations, not required to obey dictatorial fascist rules that go against their personal core convictions. Revolution Now! Independence Forever!
