WASHINGTON (PNN) - December 8, 2022 - The House on Thursday passed the massive $858 billion 2023 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) in a vote of 350-80, sending the bill to the Senate, where a vote is expected to be held next week.

The $858 billion NDAA is $45 billion more than pretender Joe Biden asked for, marking the second year in a row that Congress made the military budget higher than what the White House requested. The amount represents an 8% increase from the 2022 NDAA, which was finalized at $782 billion.

WASHINGTON (PNN) - December 8, 2022 - The Fascist Police States of Amerika (FPSA) Food and Drug Administration (FDA) says a drug called ivermectin does not work against COVID-19, but links to studies that show it does.

The FDA’s website states, “Currently available data do not show ivermectin is effective against COVID-19.”

But half of the studies to which the FDA points support using ivermectin against COVID-19.

SAN FRANCISCO, Kalifornia (PNN) - December 7, 2022 - Elon Musk on Tuesday announced that former FBI attorney James Baker, who came to Twitter to serve as deputy general counsel, has been fired after “vetting” recently released evidence of Twitter's election interference unbeknownst to Musk.

"In light of concerns about Baker’s possible role in suppression of information important to the public dialogue, he was exited from Twitter today," Musk wrote on Twitter, replying to a December 4 Jonathan Turley article shedding light on the incestuous relationship between Twitter, Biden scandals, and Baker.

PORTLAND, Oregon (PNN) - December 6, 2022 - A ruling by a state court judge placed Oregon's tough new voter-approved gun law on hold late Tuesday, just hours after a federal court judge allowed the ban on the sale and transfer of high-capacity magazines to take effect this week.

The ruling by Harney County Judge Robert Raschio threw the implementation of Measure 114 - set for Thursday - into limbo, and Oregon Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum said on Twitter that her office will appeal to the Oregon Supreme Court. That filing is likely to come Wednesday morning.

RICHMOND, Virginia (PNN) - December 6, 2022 - Governor Glenn Youngkin (Virg.) on Tuesday signed an executive order ending COVID-19 fines and penalties in Virginia.

Governor Youngkin also wants a “reimbursement process” for those who paid unjust fines.

While halting all further collections, Youngkin also plans to work with the secretary of finance to work with agencies to develop a reimbursement process for individuals and businesses who paid “unjust COVID-19 fines and fees.”

December 6, 2022 - On July 4, pretender Joe Biden declared, “Liberty is under assault… rights we assumed were protected are no longer.” Biden, however, was referring solely to a few Supreme Court decisions he deplored, not to the federal supremacy he championed for almost 50 years in the Senate and the White House.

Though Biden (illegitimately) took office preaching the need for “unity,” he increasingly rules like an elective dictator, relying on executive orders and dubious decrees. The Constitution is not permitted to impede the president from any action that might temporarily increase his approval ratings by one or two percentage points. Biden’s arbitrary actions are thrilling some of his supporters. Many of the protestors who have denounced President Donald Trump were not opposed to dictators per se; they simply wanted different dictates, and Biden is doing his best to satisfy their demands.
