Arizona sheriff investigation finds birth certificate to be forgery.

PHOENIX, Arizona (PNN) - July 18, 2012 - Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio said at a news conference Tuesday that investigators working for him have concluded that the document purported to be Barack Obama’s birth certificate, showing that he was born in Hawaii, is not legitimate.

But RNC also says it can ignore its own rules and lie and misrepresent itself in order to deny Paul the nomination.
